- Mike send User Guide to Bob for review.
  - Not done.

- Mike LaBonte create Linux testcase for "./" bug.
  - Not done

- Mike LaBonte test newline code fix
  - Not done

- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - In progress.
  - Bob: We have 4 bugs outstanding, and might do a release for those.

IBISCHK User Guide:
- Bob: If the User Guide looks I'll just upload it.
